I'm Deitra Harris, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years working inside behavioral health and healthcare systems, across dialysis centers, hospital case management, collaborative care, telehealth, and private practice. That's 14 years of watching operational systems either support or undermine the clinical work happening inside them.

Background

As a Clinical Excellence Lead at a national behavioral health organization, I supervised a team of 10 to 12 Collaborative Care Clinicians while identifying workflow inefficiencies, streamlining documentation processes, and developing tiered training programs that standardized performance expectations across the team. I built onboarding systems, conducted quality audits, and implemented corrective strategies that reduced care delivery delays. That work was fundamentally operational, not just clinical.

In nephrology social work settings I streamlined clinical and operational processes that improved patient adherence and reduced missed treatments. In an intellectual and developmental disabilities program I designed behavior support systems that reduced maladaptive behaviors by 75%. In another nephrology setting I contributed to the facility earning a 5-Diamond Patient Safety rating through quality improvement work.

Alongside all of it, I built and have operated Evolution You PLLC, my own telehealth private practice, managing every operational detail from scheduling and documentation to compliance and billing across six states.

I hold clinical licensure in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Utah, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, and hold certifications in Financial Social Work and Forensic Evaluation. I was selected for the AIMS Center's intensive Collaborative Care Model training program in 2025.

I approach operational consulting the same way I approach clinical work: with structure, specificity, and a commitment to what actually works in the real world. I don't design systems for how organizations should operate in theory. I build them around how clinical teams actually function day to day.
