I'm Deitra Harris, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in behavioral health practice and operations. My work sits at the intersection of clinical knowledge and operational problem-solving — the space where documentation burden, workflow gaps, and systems confusion live.
Before moving into consulting, I built and ran my own private practice. I know what it looks like when operational systems support clinicians — and what it looks like when they don't. That experience is the foundation of every engagement.
I specialize in documentation workflow audits, SOP design, and operational advisory for behavioral health organizations. All work is delivered remotely and structured for async collaboration — meaning your team doesn't need to attend calls to move the work forward.
My approach is direct and structured. I don't sell ongoing engagements where they aren't needed. I scope the work to what the problem actually requires, deliver it clearly, and make sure it's usable by your team without me in the room.
