All digital products sold through this website — including SOP templates, clinical forms, workflow frameworks, and audit tools — are licensed, not sold. By purchasing a product you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the product under the following terms:

• Products are licensed for use within one organization only
• You may customize and adapt the product for internal use within your organization
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the product outside your organization
• You may not publish, post publicly, or make the product available for download by others

6. Consulting Services

Consulting engagements are governed by a separate scope of work agreement provided at the start of each engagement. The terms of that agreement take precedence over these general terms for consulting services.

Discovery calls are provided at no charge and do not constitute a consulting engagement or create any obligation on either party.

7. Privacy

Information submitted through the contact form on this website is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
